spring forward

I hate losing an hour of sleep because of daylight's savings time. It's evil.

1. What's the one movie you've seen more times than any other?
Anne of Green Gables or the sequel Anne of Avonlea

2. If you could turn one book, comic book or other print story into a feature-length movie, what story would you pick and why?
Mmm, maybe the Shopaholic series?

3. Who would you cast?
I'd love to see Kate Beckinsale or Reese Witherspoon tackle Becky. And maybe Andrew Lincoln or Jude Law for Luke.

4. What one movie would you like to see "updated for the year 2005"? (ie, a remake)
I have no idea... umm, nothing for now, I guess.

5. What one movie are you most looking forward to this year?
Can I pick 3 movies? :P Batman Begins (Katie Holmes and Christian Bale!), The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants and The War of the Worlds (Tom Cruise!).

I just finished reading the first Shopaholic book last night and loved it. I could totally picture Reese Witherspoon as Becky.

Wow, our reading tastes are absurdly similar. I can't wait for the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants! I just hope it lives up to the books. As to who would play Luke, well, I can't say I agree with your choices, but to each her own. I really would have no idea, I'm horrible at "casting" characters.

Anne of Green Gables!! AHH! One of my favorite books and movies of all time.

I'd love to see Kate Beckinsale or Reese Witherspoon tackle Becky. And maybe Andrew Lincoln or Jude Law for Luke. No, no, and NOOOOOOOO! Becky could maybe be played by Reese, but Kate Beckinsale is too strikingly pretty to play her. And Jude Law could NEVER EVER be Luke. Luke is physically bigger than Jude, and NOT a playboy, which is the only thing that comes to mind when I see Jude. Andrew Lincoln, perhaps. But again, not physically large enough. I also do not think that Jude could play off the mother issues that Luke has either. Alllriiight. End rant.
