job offer

Does anyone remember when I was stressing out over submitting my resume for a new job?

Well... I was formally offered the job this past Monday. I'm supposed to have an answer for the agency by tomorrow morning (!!!) and I haven't made a decision yet. EEEK. So typical of me to PROCRASTINATE on something so important. What makes it hard is that they actually managed to match my current salary (something I didn't think they would do). GAH. It's a great opportunity but it would definitely mean long work days and a much longer commute. Plus, the agency is TINY. I'm talking a 5 person team here in the San Francisco office. I don't know if I could adjust to that type of work environment. I really don't know. I hate making decisions...

I need to do some online shopping or something. You know... to clear my head. Hee. :D

First of all, congrats on getting offered the position! It sounds like a cool job :). It's already Friday morning, so I'm guessing you've already made the decision, but good luck to you m'dear!

*hugs*

I think it's great that you were offered the job! Go Kel. Awesome. I wish there was an easier way to make a decision but alas like you I'm horrible at decision making. I think though whatever you decide will be the best thing for you even if you don't realize it now maybe.

Wow, that sounds like a tough decision. Good luck with that. It seems like they really want you if they are willing to match the salary. But if you don't think you'd feel comfortable...wow, that's a tough decision. :)

First off, congrats on getting the offer. I don't know if I would be able to decide between taking the offer or staying at my old job. Good luck with whatever decision you made, I'm sure it'll work out to be a good one!
